Earl Grey Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons Earl Grey
1/2 lbs. chopped chocolate
cocoa powder

Instructions
1. Infuse heavy cream with Earl Grey tea
2. Pour into 1/2 lb. chopped chocolate
3. Stir gently, let sit
4. Refrigerate for 2 hrs.
5. Scoop out balls of chocolate and roll into cocoa powder

Tea-Marbled Eggs

Ingredients
6 eggs
3 cups cold water
4 tablespoons black tea
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions
1. Add 4 tablespoons black tea to pot of 3 cups cold water
2. Add 1/2 cup soy sauce
3. Add 1 tablespoon sugar
4. Stir mixture together, bring to boil and let simmer 10 mins.
5. Gently tap hard boiled eggs with back of spoon to create marble pattern
6. Immerse cracked eggs into mixture
7. Refrigerate at least 2 hrs.
8. Remove shells and garnish

Peanut-Tea Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 inch ginger
4 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup black tea

Instructions
1. Add ginger, garlic, soy sauce, chili paste, sugar, Worcestershire, peanut butter, and brewed tea to food processor and mix ingredients together
2. Toss with noodles, grilled chicken, or use with crudités.

Green Tea Fish Seasoning

Ingredients
green tea powder
kosher salt

Instructions
1. Mix small amounts of green tea powder with kosher salt to taste, and add as a seasoning to broiled or grilled fish

Dried Fruit "Wake Up"

Ingredients
Kettle of hot tea

Instructions
1. Pour hot tea over stale, dried fruit
2. Allow to cool
